Polio Australia Health & Wellness Retreat Video

In April 2010 Polio Australia, with input from the Post-Polio Network (NSW), conducted Australia’s first three day “Polio Health and Wellness Retreat” in Baulkham Hills, New South Wales. The purpose of the Health and Wellness Retreat was to provide a holistic approach to managing LEOP and finding life balance. This Retreat model is to be used as a chronic condition self management technique in future Polio Australia activities. Each day focussed on a different aspect of health and wellness: Body, Mind and Spirit. This video is a 10 minute summary of the Retreat.
