In 2015 our “Walk With Me” fundraising efforts attracted three teams, with Walks being held in Parramatta, Canberra and Adelaide.
Collectively, the three teams were hoping to raise $10,000 in “Walk With Me” events in 2015.
The three 2015 Walk With Me teams raised:
$8,216 donated by 71 donors
Walk With Me Parramatta
Merle Thompson and Gillian Thomas, Secretary and President of Polio NSW respectively, raised $1,870.
Walk With Me Canberra
John Tierney, Polio Australia President and National Patron, raised $6,286.
Walk With Me Adelaide
Peter Wierenga and Brett Howard, Treasurer and President of Polio SA respectively, raised $60.
