In 2016 our “Walk With Me” fundraising efforts attracted five teams, with Walks being held in Brisbane and Canberra.
Collectively, the five teams hoped to raise $22,000 in “Walk With Me” events in 2016.

Walk With Sue
Sue Mackenzie, Polio Australia Board member, raised $4,003.00 from her 2016 Walk in Brisbane – well done, Sue, and thank you to all her donors and supporters.
Walk With John
John Tierney, Polio Australia President and National Patron, raised $6,510.00 from his 2016 Walk in Canberra – well done, John, and thank you to all his donors and supporters.
Walk With Gillian
Gillian Thomas, Polio Australia Vice President and Polio NSW President, raised $3,325.00 from her 2016 Walk in Canberra – well done, Gillian, and thank you to all her donors and supporters.
Walk With Tessa and Jenny
Tessa Jupp and Jenny Jones, Polio Australia Board members representing Polio WA, raised $1,480.00 from their 2016 Walk in Canberra – well done, Tessa and Jenny, and thank you to all their donors and supporters.
Walk With Ron and Jill
Ron Exiner and Jill Pickering, Polio Australia Board members representing Post Polio Victoria, raised $1,070.00 from their 2016 Walk in Canberra – well done, Ron and Jill, and thank you to all their donors and supporters.
